Slinger Speedway

Overheating problems with the #19 Monte Carlo caused our race to be cut short this Sunday.  We started 6th row inside.  Our goal was to get to the front, but the car in front didn't have the same thought.  We had some contact, causing some very minor damage to the hood.  On lap 7, we were fortunate to avoid a pretty serious wreck between the #98 of Rob Braun and the #11 of Rob Myers.  The race was red-flagged.  We ran about 10 laps at the restart  when the car started to overheat, and opted to bring her off the track.

APR's next scheduled race will be July 12 at Slinger.
